QuoteBump — Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-09. Draft terms; a revised version may replace these with notice.

1. The service

QuoteBump sends follow-up messages on your behalf, in your name, to recipients you designate, and alerts you when they reply. You direct every message; we are your agent for sending.

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only chase people who asked your business for a quote, estimate, proposal, or price. QuoteBump is not for cold outreach, and accounts used that way are terminated.
• You are responsible for the content of your templates and edits, and for your business relationship with every recipient.

3. No guarantees

QuoteBump is a tool, not an outcome. We do not guarantee delivery, replies, or revenue. The service is provided as-is.

4. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost jobs, lost deals, or lost profits.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Alastor Global against claims arising from messages sent at your direction or your relationships with recipients.

6. Data

We store your account details and quote metadata (names, amounts, dates). We do not connect to or read your email inbox. Replies sent to your chase address are forwarded to you and used to stop chasing. Everything is deleted on account closure. Privacy policy: alastorglobal.com/privacy.

7. Billing

Plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Plan limits are counted per calendar month and never auto-upgrade.

8. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration; class actions are waived. New York law governs.
